I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. They offered me great recommendations about transportation options and local attractions. I loved the hotel facilities, especially the connected onsen. The food was appetizing and fresh, and it was always served hot. Lastly, I found the hotel clean and tidy, which is essential for me.
Nothing for me.

We stayed at a budget hotel where the location was convenient, and the staff was welcoming. the hotel also had an onsen next door that was connected to the hotel. the food was simple, yet tasty, and made with fresh ingredients. the rooms were spacious and had great facilities. the breakfast was also adequate and filling. the view from the room was stunning, and we enjoyed the stay.
The noise level from the nearby street was significantly high at night.

I had a fantastic city break at a hotel that ticked all the boxes! the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome and comfortable. the onsen was conveniently located next door and connected to the hotel. I enjoyed soaking in the hot springs and unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. the food was simple but really tasty, with fresh ingredients that satisfied my palate. Plus, the location was spot-on, with easy access to all the main attractions and transport links.
The small bathroom, but it wasn't a big problem for me as I made use of the nearby onsen. if you're really conscious of space, this might be an issue.

The staff were amazing, always welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients. The location was optimal, with a nearby onsen connected to the hotel, which was great after a long day of exploring.
The bathroom was quite small, but this was not a big deal as we mostly used the onsen's facilities instead. , the room was not very spacious, so it might not be ideal for those who enjoy having extra room to move around in.
